3. Orders from outside of the European Union

In the customs forms for packages to countries outside of the European Union the value of every item, included in the package, is listed. We reserve the right to help the customs and give such informations to them to simplify the procedure or because of legal obligations. The customs can open packages for inspecition, we have no influence on that.

Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. You have to pay any charges for customs. We have no control over these charges and can not predict their amount. Customs regulations vary from country to country considerably. For more information, please contact your customs authorities in your country.

Note: The customs authorities of some countries require the importer of a commodity a special proof of identity before a shipment is released. As an importer of the goods may you or the recipient of the consignment, prompted to specify an identification number, such as a national identification number, CPF or tax ID.
