The heart of every fountain pen is the nib. It becomes an unit with the Kaweco ink feeder and guarantees a reliable writing experience. We offer Kaweco nib inserts in many different variations with our modular nib concept. Besides the nib sizes, which vary from extra fine to extra broad through to calligraphy nibs, they distinguish by the materials used and special processing techniques.

Thanks to the screwing mechanism in Kaweco writing instruments of the middle and higher price range, the nib section can be changed quickly and therefore enables the use of a wide variety of nibs during the lifetime of a Kaweco fountain pen. Kaweco nib inserts are available in the standard size 060 and the big 250 nib version.

The following series fit for the nib insert with 060 thread: AL Sport, AC Sport, Brass Sport, Steel Sport, Liliput, Special, Student, Dia2 and Original 060.

The nib insert with 250 thread is suitable for our Kaweco Supra and Original 250.

Also, you don’t have to go for one nib size only for our series Classic Sport, Skyline Sport and Frosted Sport, as we offer all five nib sizes as spare grip sections in the actual available colours.
